As we know, technology evolves very quickly, especially in software, electronic drives, PLCs and communications. Many of our customers want to adapt their filling systems to the newest technologies available without having to purchase a completely new packaging plant. It is in this situation when AiCROV is put again at the costumer service to offer a study of equipment updating and to make a proposal of re-bumping.

The process consists of four steps. In the first place, AiCROV designates and sends to the client facilities a team of highly qualified professionals in order to evaluate the operation of the filling plant on site, taking good note of fundamental aspects such as the general state of mechanics, drives, power wiring, control wiring, sensors, communications, PLC, circuit breakers, pneumatics, dispensers, valves, etc. What starts the next step: with all this information AiCROV elaborates a detailed report, which indicates possible improvement that could be applied to the machine, from the simplest ones to extend the service life, to the most sophisticated, such as the incorporation of TCPIP gateways to enable the communication between AiCROV and the filling plant. AiCROV's commercial engineers will move to the customer's facilities to explain all possible interventions in detail, looking forward the right decision.
