AiCROV INITIATES THE SECOND PHASE OF THE TURNKEY PROJECT OF A PLANT TOTALLY AUTOMATIZED BY ROBOTS FOR FILLING PROPYLENE PRODUCTS
As advanced in the begginig of 2018, AiCROV has started this year one of its most ambitious projects: the design, manufacturing and delivering of a filling turnkey project for the new propylene products packaging plant for Bharat Petroleum Corporation, in the city of Kochi (Kerala), India.
It is an unprecedented filling system worldwide due to its huge dimension and magnitude, which contains 4 filling lines and all lines have a total of 16 Robot Fillers designed by AiCROV, which will carry on different functions as drum transportation, debunging, filling, bunging, sealing and palletizing drums filled with propylene products which are highly inflammable.
This new project includes all last year I+D developed by AiCROV, such as the 3D artificial vision for the best optimization process, safety developments and productivity improvements.
The team responsable for the Project has already finished the phase of design, purchasing, manufacturing, transport and set up of 2 of the 4 filling lines. The second phase of the Project has just started in October, consisting of the manufacture, transport and installation of the following 2 filling lines, programming of the software and putting the entire project into operation at the BPCL facilities in the city of Kochi, India. The delivery of the second phase of the project is scheduled for the end of November.
It is a project designed and manufactured by AiCROV, which has the know how of a great, high professional and experienced team and the advice of well-known suppliers from the automatization and control sectors.
The propylene products filling line is the end of a huge project carried by Engineers of India, EIL, which is a Designing and Manufacturing National Company which carries on national Indian infrastructures and it is the most important engineering company reference in India.
